The Model 107 TLC Meter is ideal for profiling conductivity and temperature in wells and open water, for salt-water intrusion studies, and a general indication of contamination levels. The 3/4" (19 mm) diameter probe is attached to SOLINST PVDF flat tape; accurately laser marked every 1/100 ft or each millimeter. Lengths up to 1000 ft or 300 m, mounted on a SOLINST reel.

 
 

The conductivity range is from 0-80,000 µS/cm. Conductivity and temperature measurements are displayed on a rotating LCD screen on the face of the reel. Conductivity accuracy is 5% of reading or 100 μS (which ever is greater). A light and buzzer are briefly activated when the zero point of the probe enters water. The depth to water and depth of displayed readings are read off the tape. The 9V alkaline battery is housed in an easy-access battery drawer and provides up to 90 hours of use.

TheInterface Meter enhanced electronics include automatic circuitry testing;300 hours of on-time battery life; clear signals; and high accuracy. Thecircuits are powered by one standard 9V battery housed in easy-access drawer inthe faceplate.
Alsoavailable is the standard Solinst Model 122 Interface Meter with laser markedPVDF flat tape in lengths up to 1000 ft (300 m).
Boththe 122 and 122M use the same probe; 5/8" diameter (16 mm) stainlesssteel. It is pressure proof, up to 500 psi. The beam is emitted from within aHydex cone-shaped tip. The tip is protected by an integral stainless steelshield, and is excellent for the vast majority of product monitoringsituations.
ThePVDF cable is, traceable to NIST and EU measurement standards.
The0.12" (3 mm) coaxial cable has a durable PVDF jacket with permanent lasermarkings every 1/100 ft. or each millimeter. The cable has a braided copperouter conductor, a stranded stainless steel central conductor, and a smoothchemical- resistant surface that is easy to decontaminate.
